Historic renovation

This historic home in the Barge-Chestnut neighborhood of Yakima has been meticulously updated with a modern kitchen and numerous updates inside as well as a new porch and garage. This renovation features period styling and expert craftsmanship throughout to preserve the home's original charm.

In 2011 this restoration project was featured in Yakima Magazine.
